****April 18, 2023 Update****

 We are all set to open July 1. 2023!!!

Where? Darn good question. lol 

We have our eye on a few locations but it's still too early to lease. We will have an address for our location in May!

We are still in the process of raising the money for the lease and we are confident it will come.   

Other than washing and steaming clothes, making signs and doing last minute things, we are prepared to complete phase one with the opening of Boy Oh Boi Boutique.

New and gently used boys clothing and accessories.

This will open the door to phase 2!

The Sensory Playground.

As in the boutique, we will accomplish this phase, one small step at a time until it's ready for children to play.

The updates are almost complete, and we will soon be posting our

Grand Opening!

We are currently on the hunt for our location!! We will keep you updated just as soon as we find the optimal home for our boutique and Sensory Playground phase one.

We are so pleased to announce, we have on board, a very knowledgeable and experienced Occupational Therapist to advise us on the development of the Sensory Playground! 

We just wanted to take the time to thank everyone who contributed to phase one of our project; and those who kept the clothing donations going to continue our Patchwork Angels and Project Linus services as they are slowly phased out to The Sensory Playgrounds new mandate.

Thank You Church of Christ in Montana, Calgary Drop In Center, La Vie en Rose, and The Giving Tent for the clothing to keep our services flowing and getting the donations to those in need. It's still beyond me why we just can't keep up with the boys clothing demand. Hopefully our store, Boy Oh Boi Boutique will remedy the shortage by a little. 

It's quite mind blowing to think Canadian Celebrities such as Olympic Gold Medal Skater and Motivational Speaker, Jamie Sale', Artist Painter and Naturalist Robert Bateman, and World-Famous Astronaut and teacher from space, Chris Hadfield support what we are doing and have contributed to making this happen!!

On our gratitude wall for our donors. we have decided to do something a little different from the standard plaque. Thanks to our friends at Central Alberta Fencing, they provided a chain link fence where we will be hanging locks supplied by ALW Security and Hardware in Edmonton, with our donors, and sponsors names with logos on them. Like the Paris, Locks of Love, but ours will be indoors for everyone to check out and use as a photo prop with our really cool industrial piping decor from EMCO Plumbing Supplies in Red Deer.  

South Hill, Dulux Paint, Red Deer provided the colorful paint palate to make our location spectacular. And Parkland Garden Center will bring life with amazing plants and greenage to complete our welcoming look.

Raven Printing provided beautiful posters for the boutique to help raise money toward sensory products for the playground, and local Crafters have donated some really cool products and clothing items to fill the boutique with unique and affordable things to explore for boys of all ages.

We cannot Thank Red Deer Radio Stations Z98 and Real Country enough  for raising awareness and spreading the word on air for us!

For our first week of Boy Oh Boi Boutique's Grand Opening, we will be holding a Silent Auction Themed
